1. Agreement

By using QuickTools you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The terms apply to every tool and page on the domain.

2. What is provided

QuickTools offers free browser-based utilities. They are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. No registration is required and no fee is charged.

3. Calculators are estimates

Discount, percentage, age, date and tip results are arithmetic performed on the values you enter. They do not account for tax rules, rounding conventions, employment law, statutory holidays or local custom, and they are not financial, legal, medical or tax advice. Verify anything that matters against an authoritative source.

4. Your files and your responsibility

Files are processed on your device. Keep your own backups: a browser can run out of memory, the tab can be closed, and a download can fail. You are responsible for having the right to use and modify any file you open here.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

  • break any applicable law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
  • create QR codes for phishing, malware or fraudulent payments;
  • attack, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the hosting infrastructure;
  • present the tools as your own product, or remove attribution where a licence requires it.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and original code belong to their respective authors. Content you process with the tools remains yours. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed in the project’s NOTICE file.

7. Availability

The site may change, move or be withdrawn at any time, and a tool may be added, altered or removed without notice. There is no uptime guarantee.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on a calculated result. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero.

9. Changes to these terms

The terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
